Portraits / Photo Session

I'm interested, but I need more information...

What you get:
  • A photo shoot typically lasts about an hour at an agreed-upon location* (Some shoots may take more or less time, based on the type of work performed.)
  • A minimum of 12-20 processed images that will be yours to own.  (We do NOT limit your images to a certain number.  You will receive the best photos, regardless of how many!) You will have access to download them, or the images can be delivered to you by flash drive or other methods.*
  • We have resources to put your images in print, on canvas, acrylic, glass, aluminum, or other media for you.  This is an option that is completely your choice and we can discuss these options and ideas at any time.​

Cost:​
We have found that it is difficult for us to just stamp a price on all our photography because every situation is different and want to base our prices on those individual situations.
That being said, here are general, estimated prices for our services:

  • Senior Pictures   $350 - $500
  • Family Photos (families of 3 or more)   $300 - $600
  • Family/Engagement Photos (families/groups of 2)   $250 - $500
  • Headshots    $175 - $250
  • Boudoir   $250 - $500
  • Repeat and Referral Clients receive discounts

* Certain locations may incur a travel charge if extended travel is required​
* Certain locations may incur additional charges based on permits and fees charged by that location to shoot professional photos
* A small, additional charge will be added if images are placed on a flash drive or other media

How to get the ball rolling:
  1.  Contact us with any information that you can provide, including who, what, where, when, and why.  The more information that you can provide for us, the better we can determine cost and location ideas.  We may ask several follow-up questions to best determine what is needed to capture your specific needs and wants.  You may click here to get that started: Contact Us
  2. Once we agree on the date, location, costs, and your wishlist, you will receive a basic contract and an invoice for a 50% deposit due by the date of the shoot.  You are welcome to pay online, in cash, by check, or with a credit card.  We use PayPal for our online and credit services.
  3. Based on the number of images, family size, and other "life" factors, it typically takes about   2-3 weeks to get your images edited and processed.  If you are in need of a couple of images to be done in a rush, we can typically accommodate that. 
  4. You will be able to view the final images and a final invoice will be sent to you.  Once the balance is paid in full, you will have access to download the images for you to keep.  You will receive a release to give you ownership of those images for your own personal use.
  5. If you would like to have us put your images in print, on canvas, or other media, we will discuss those costs and take care of those for you.
  6. As a small business, we may ask to use your images for our own promotional needs.  This will be discussed during the process and included in the contract.
